  It's Shark Week on TV ... anybody watching the shows?

  with the virus thing going on, there's more tv time here in the rub a dub household.. watching jaws for the 20th time still is fun.

  then all the killer stingray, whales and other sea creatures is interesting.. we watched moby's dick last night.

  it's an old classic like jaws.

  we all know how tricky wt can be, especially when it comes to money, so i'm just wondering if they may be one of the contractors at one of their still remaining farms going under another name, and getting paid millions to distribute all this food across the country.

We all know how tricky WT can be, especially when it comes to money, so I'm just wondering if they may be one of the contractors at one of their still remaining farms going under another name, and getting paid millions to distribute all this food across the country. Just a thought.

  (Local JWs are also being urged to contribute for the 'arrangement', so that would add even more to their profit.)

  the speaker says, "some who were once part of the christian congregation attempt to mislead us", that they tell "false accusations" & "lies".

  to combat this, he says that you should "protect your ears from damaging noise by not listening to it", comparing it to wearing "noise canceling headphones".

  The latest WT celebrates the 100th anniversary of 1920 with an article about what happened that year:

  On March 21, 1920, Joseph F. Ruther-
  ford . . . spoke on the subject
  “Millions Now Living Will Never Die.” The Bi-
  ble Students left no stone unturned in their
  quest to invite interested ones to this event.
  They rented one of the largest theaters in
  New York City and distributed some 320,-
  000 invitations.
  The public responded beyond all expecta-
  tions. An audience of over 5,000 filled the
  theater to capacity, and as many as 7,000
  had to be turned away. The Watch Tower
  called it “one of the most successful meet-
  ings ever held by International Bible Stu-
  dents.”
  The Bible Students became well-known
  for proclaiming that “millions now living will
  never die.” At the time, they did not under-
  stand that the Kingdom message had to be
  proclaimed more extensively. Still, their zeal
  was remarkable. Ida Olmstead, who began
  attending meetings in 1902, recalled, “We
  knew that for all mankind great blessings
  were in store, and we never failed to tell this
  good news to those we met in the ministry.”
  . . .
  As 1920 drew to a close, the Bible
  Students had much to be happy about.

  As we know, the whole point of the Millions talk and booklet was to proclaim 1925.

He emphasises that when confronted with conflicting information we should pray to jehovah for help to "stop listening" and "put on our headphones", perhaps by literally listening to JW programs.

  Anthony Morris the 💩 then gives some incredibly hypocritical advice to the rank and file in how they speak to others. He says to "mind your own business" and then says "we refrain from imposing our uninspired opinions upon others". 😳 That's literally what the GB does for a living, imposing their self-admitted uninspired opinions on millions.

  just also wanted to say rest in peace dansk and mouthy amongst others, long time members here and great people.. minimus if you see this good to see you're still active, gumby & uncle bruce also if you stumble on this i wish you both well.

  i just thought it was funny them using the capitalized phrase "jw news" now.

  Anointed Grandmother wakes up

  anointed great grandmother who woke upi arrived at the coffee shop on my bicycle and took up a seat at the outdoor table in the fresh air.

  (this was way before the pandemic).. a lady with permed white hair walked over to my table and spoke directly to me.. i was wearing earbuds at that moment and didn’t hear.

  i popped them out and asked her to repeat herself.. “that’s a beautiful bicycle you have there.

  Results of the 2018 Global Survey of Jehovah's Witnesses

  it's long overdue, i know, and i apologise profusely but it's tough working full-time and trying to spend time on all the ex-jw work that i want to do...... that said - here are the 2018 survey results for anyone interested and i am already working on the 2019 results.

  also, i'm tweaking the survey for the 2020 release which will be soon..... hugs to all!.
